Self Cert Mortgages and Loans
Self Certification Mortgages For people who find it difficult to provide verification of their income, self-certification mortgages or re-mortgages can present an excellent solution. These type of mortgages require a signed declaration of your income but do not ask for proof, although you must be confident that you can afford to meet the repayments. Self-certification is particularly suitable for the self-employed, company directors, those with second incomes, contractors or freelancers.

We can help you to access to a wide range of self Certification loans. The lending companies recognise that not everybody’s verifiable earnings are what they actually earn. Our loan specialists understand that there are many reasons why you may not be able to prove your income. These can include: • A large proportion of what you earn is cash. • You work overseas and are not paid in pounds or do not pay money into a UK bank account. • You work on a contract basis and the rates fluctuate, so you want to use a more realistic contract rate or a true average of your annual earnings. • You having more than one job, but some aspects of your earnings are PAYE and some cash, so not having to prove your earnings with a self cert secured loan suits you better.
